Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Responsible for coordinating some of the general administration and clerical.
  • Organize paperwork according to an efficient filing.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Liaise with contractors / suppliers / vendors regarding photocopy machines maintenance, coffee machines, water dispenser and etc.
  • Handle all courier service matter such as calling for collection, liaise with customer service if any problem occurs with courier service, call for consignment note /packaging ordering, and etc.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assign by superior.
