You are eligible to request a refund but it must follow with terms and conditions. The refund amount will be charged based on items that are not delivered by the Bumbu Agency Sdn. Bhd. You must discuss this with Bumbu Agency Sdn. Bhd for the progress that is delivered and not delivered.
After payment for any services, you must follow the terms and conditions and agreement agreed between you and Bumbu Agency Sdn. Bhd. Any early termination service within 7 days will be deducted 30% of the total payment.
Unfortunately, no refund is offered if the item was marked as a gift and if Bumbu Agency Sdn. Bhd is fulfilling delivering all the items provided.
